Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order before it has been despatched by writing to {{EMAIL}} with your order reference. We will refund the full amount.

Once an order has been despatched it can no longer be cancelled, but the returns terms below still apply.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery at {{EMAIL}}. Please include your order reference and photographs of the item and its packaging.

We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Where a replacement is not possible, we will refund you in full including any return cost.

Change of mind

This is a printed book. We are not able to accept returns simply because you changed your mind, unless the item is unopened and undamaged and you tell us within 7 days of delivery. In that case the return postage is yours to bear.

How refunds are made

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we approve a refund we process it within 5 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show the credit, which is outside our control.

Failed or duplicate payments

If an amount was debited but no order confirmation reached you, write to us with the payment reference. Where a payment did not result in a confirmed order, the gateway returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
