Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or the delivery address falls outside the areas we serve.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include shipping within India. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point. Orders are prepaid; we do not offer cash on delivery.

Every payment is verified against the payment gateway before an order is confirmed. If verification fails, no order is created and any amount debited is returned by the gateway under its own timelines.

Content you submit

Where you submit a reflection, a journey or a community profile, you confirm the words are your own and that you are happy for them to be published with your first name. Nothing is published automatically — every submission is reviewed first.

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to display it on this website. We may decline or remove any submission, at our discretion, without giving a reason.

Intellectual property

The book, its text, illustrations, cover artwork and the design of this website are protected by copyright. Extracts shown here are published with permission for the purpose of promoting the book. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt them without written permission.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at {{CITY}}.
